Telephone Operator / Receptionist [Top]

Job Summary:

Operating the telephone switchboard; answering and directing all calls to the right party, and transferring calls to the person concerned through the corresponding extension
Providing a range of customer service, reception duties and general administration tasks

Candidate Criteria:

College graduate
Female, 25 to 30 years old
With three (3) to six (6) months experience in telephone switchboard operation
Has good command of English, written and oral
Has a pleasant voice with clarity in speech

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the General Plant Services Manager will be responsible for planning, controlling and directing the operations of the different warehouses to ensure adequate supply and availability of spare parts, supplies and materials for production.
